Apparently, this is what team member I am. To be honest, I do feel like this kind of sound like me especially where people would think I am as 'thinkers' rather than I am as a leader. I do not talk a lot during a group discussion because I tend to want others to give their advice so I could evaluate and think it all through about their decisions. Sometimes they would be better than I thought so I am glad to keep my mouth shut but sometimes they're worse which I tend to not be glad about.
I like to think about a lot of scenarios when someone suggest a method because if not, there would be a lot of problems and cases in the future which would lead to regretting to choose this.
I have leadership skills, but I tend to back off so others could take in and lead.
